Activity Terms and Conditions

Payment
Bookings will be confirmed on receipt of payment via our website or alternatively a credit card payment can be0020made over the phone.
Group bookings and team building events require Full payment 14 Days before the activity.

If You Cancel
Cancellation of any Daily Activity given 24 hours before the start time of the activity will receive a full refund.
Group Events – All cancellations / reduction in group numbers should be notified as soon as possible. Any cancellations / reductions in numbers inside of 7 days prior to the activity date will result in the group leader being held liable for the 100% cost of the cancelled activity or reduction.

If We Cancel or Make Changes
In the event of us having to cancel the activity, a full refund is offered or a transfer to an alternative date or activity ( where available) will be offered.
Experience Mallorca will not be liable for any loss, damage or expense resulting from force majeure or any unforeseen circumstances outside of their control, eg inclement weather or change of venue for safety purposes. Experience Mallorca reserves the right to amend the running order of your activity day to provide the best service possible.

Insurance and Safety.
Experience Mallorca has full public liability insurance. It is the nature of adventure activities that there is some degree of risk. Our insurance does not cover you for inherent risks or client negligence. We Advise you to arrange your own personal injury insurance. For your own safety it is imperative that you abide by the decisions of our guides. We reserve the right to make changes to plan groups and venues as a result of adverse or impending conditions.

Health:
Please check with us the suitability of the activity if a participant has any of the following:
Arrhythmia, Asthma, Diabetes, Epilepsy, Pregnancy, Vertigo Or any Serious Illness or injury. All illnesses must be disclosed before commencing the activities.

Alcohol and Drugs
Experience Mallorca also reserves the right to refuse participation to client who they believe to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs, in such circumstances no refunds will be given.

Personal Belongings
All valuables should be left in a safe place including Passports, phones, large amounts of cash and credit cards. Please do not bring them on our tours as we cannot except liability for them.

Complaints
Should you wish to make a complaint regarding the service or activity we have an official complain form on request.
